Use of a whisky yeast strain increases congener production, resulting in more flavor and aroma, while the addition of micro nutrients ensures healthy yeast growth and minimum negative byproducts. Gluco-amylase enzyme breaks down carbohydrates into fermentable sugars, getting the most alcohol from your grain.
1. Prepare mash according to your recipe.
2. When mash is between 82F and 90F (28C-32C), add contents of package, stirring vigorously for 2 minutes or until contents are fully dissolved.
3. Cover fermenter with a lid and airlock.
4. Allow to ferment at 68-90F (20-32C) for 3-5 days, or until fermentation is complete.
